Strike & Submit is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) cage fighting club based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The club is for fighters aged 18 or over, of any size, weight or experience. Our members range from complete beginners to fighters experienced in many disciplines.

Every fighter in our club respects the others, and is definitely not there to prove a point or hurt an opponent. We are all there to become, and help others become, better fighters.

So, you want to become a fighter?

We must insist that everyone has a licence before they can train, then they will be insured, there will be no exceptions.

We also ask that you come along to the club to watch a session and get an application form. We get a lot of interest and only want members who will put the effort in and actually train. Turning up is always a good start! If you are unable to do this because you do not live in Salisbury, then please contact us.

We ask for £15 for your licence, and your bank details to set up a standing order.

You will need a mouth guard, groin guard and 4oz MMA gloves. 14 or 16oz boxing gloves and shin guards are recommended.

However, to become a decent fighter you will need to also train outside of the club. Our regular members all train in various martial arts, fitness, conditioning or strength, throughout the week. So once a member, you will be able to join them and train most evenings.

Cost is £15 per year for a licence/insurance with the MAAS and £35 per month (by standing order) for membership. Concessions (e.g. military & some students) are £25 per month. We only offer a 'pay as you go' service for the ladies' MMA fitness classes at £5 per session with free licence.

We train in Sarum 76 (Brown Street, Salisbury, SP1 2AS - view map ), a fully fitted martial arts gym. We're two doors to the right of Motaman, there is a blue wooden gate which leads down an alleyway, through a door into the building then up the stairs to the top floor.
